Megan Rogerson is the Director of Business Development at New Design Concepts (NDC), having joined in July of 2024. In her previous role as Director of Sales and Business Development, she gained extensive experience in sales, business development, hospitality, and design. Megan is actively involved in the NEWH Northwest Chapter (Network of Executive Women in Hospitality), furthering her commitment to the industry. Based near Seattle, WA, she holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from UCSD. At NDC, her primary responsibilities include enhancing brand recognition, boosting sales, and expanding the company’s business reach year over year. She enjoys working closely with clients and partners to bring their creative ideas and designs to life.

Passionate about furniture and design, Megan finds fulfillment in helping clients and partners achieve success by delivering products and services that exceed expectations. She stays motivated by the unique challenges and excitement each project and client brings. Outside of work, Megan enjoys hiking, Pilates, running, skiing, the arts, music, interior design, great food, traveling, and spending time with her family and three dogs. Her sources of inspiration are her friends, family, and colleagues. Megan lives by the motto “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication” by Leonardo da Vinci and aspires to grow NDC’s business incrementally while eventually leading a sales and business development team. Previously a board member of the Marin YMCA, she is currently seeking new volunteer opportunities in the Pacific Northwest.
