Krista Chung is the Director of Hospitality at New Design Concepts (NDC), based in Chicago, IL. With over 13 years of experience in account and program management across hospitality, real estate development, and procurement, she excels at creating strategies to drive processes and organizational efficiency. Prior to joining NDC, Krista advanced through roles at a hospitality-focused social media firm and a real estate development company, gaining expertise in hospitality, international procurement, and program management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Kent State and is preparing for her PMP certification. At NDC, Krista focuses on expanding the project management division, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and researching new products to enhance NDC’s position as a turnkey partner for clients.

Outside of work, Krista enjoys reading, Peloton workouts, and spending time with her 2.5-year-old twins. A dedicated Harry Potter fan, she has read the series multiple times and draws inspiration from its evolving messages throughout her life. Krista is also a seasoned runner, having completed eight marathons and one ultra-marathon. Inspired by Taylor Swift's career journey, Krista balances her passion for her work with her dedication to family, aiming to grow NDC’s hospitality division and position the company as the preferred partner for leading brands in the industry.
