Dean Harvison, the Managing Partner at New Design Concepts (NDC), has been with the company since 2011. Dean's background is in contract and commercial furniture, and he is known for his entrepreneurial spirit. He holds a BA from the University of Montevallo and humorously credits his PHD to the "School of Hard Knocks." At NDC, Dean focuses on sales, driven by his love for people and the joy of making others happy. His role allows him to engage with luxury furniture projects for beautiful locations, including notable hotels like Margaritaville and Dollywood Resort. Dean finds immense satisfaction in showing his family the furniture they've provided for such prestigious venues, reinforcing his passion for the industry.

Outside of work, Dean enjoys exercising, hiking with his wife, and spending quality time with his kids. He is an avid learner, drawing inspiration from podcasts like Lex Fridman, Excel Still More, and Impact Theory. Dean is committed to creating a positive work environment where his team can thrive and enjoy their work. His future aspirations include growing his team and fostering a fun, supportive workplace culture. Active in his community, Dean teaches Bible classes to middle and high school students, emphasizing the importance of love and self-worth. He also participates in mission trips, but he believes his daily interactions with family, coworkers, and clients have the most significant impact.
